Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally able to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction. Participation is at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.

2. Content & Compliance
We sell fictional, adult-themed written works and fantasy maps. No illegal content. Do not promote using material that suggests minors, non-consent, or prohibited themes. Follow all platform rules (Meta, Google, X, TikTok, YouTube, email laws, CAN-SPAM/GDPR where applicable).

3. Promotion Rules
No misleading claims. No impersonation. No paid search or ads on our brand name without written permission. Do not use spam, bots, forced clicks, coupon or cash-back sites (unless approved). No adult traffic sources that violate payment or ad-network policies.

4. Tracking & Attribution
Sales are tracked by Ejunkie via affiliate links/cookies. If a customer clears cookies or uses another device, we may not be able to attribute the sale.

5. Commission & Payouts
Default commission: [30%] per qualifying sale (edit as needed). Recurring subscription commission: [x%/month] when/if subscriptions launch. Commissions post after refund period ends. Chargebacks/refunds void commissions.

6. Payment Terms
Payouts via Stripe/PayPal through Ejunkie (or directly, at our discretion) on [1st business day each month], minimum payout [€25]. Unpaid balances roll over.

7. Prohibited Conduct
Trademark bidding, cookie stuffing, ad hijacking, fake discounts, adult content that violates payment policies, scraping or re-hosting our paid files, or any illegal activity.

8. Brand & Assets
Use only approved images and copy from our media kit. Do not alter logos or misrepresent our brand.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations or inactivity. Upon termination, remove all links and brand assets.

10. Changes
We may update these terms; continued participation means acceptance.
